Transportation

At this time, we only ship online orders within Canada and United States.

For shipments delivered within Canada :

• The shipping is free of charge, when the value of the invoice is equal or more than $250 (before taxes).
• A shipping charge of $13 is applicable when the invoice amount is below $250 (before taxes).

For all Canadian shipments, ‘Standard Delivery Service’ will be used. For other types of transportation services, one must communicate with a Primo Instrument representative on-time, before the goods begin the transportation process. Charges may apply for other types of transportation services. Time of delivery for ‘Standard Delivery Service’ is dependent on the delivery location, as well as, other uncontrollable factors that may be experienced during the transportation process. Primo Instrument reserves the right to select the transportation company of their choice (UPS, Dicom, Fedex, Purolator, Poste Canada, etc).

The $13 transportation charge cannot be applied to the invoice amount, to make it equal or exceed $250.

For International Shipments :

• Transportation, customs and duty expenses shall be paid by the customer (FOB Shipping Point), for all shipments delivered outside of Canada.

Primo Instrument is not held responsible for goods damaged, seized or lost during the shipment or customs clearance process.

Primo Instrument operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm (EST).

Information accuracy :

Primo Instrument strives to provide accurate and up to date information on its website, www.primoinc.com. However misprints, errors, and inaccuracies such as incorrect product information (including product descriptions, pricing and images) may occur. The information will be corrected within 24 hours (during workdays) from the time the error is reported. Primo Instrument reserves the right to refuse an order under these circumstances and will advise the customer about the correct price and/or information.
