2-POINT MICROPROBE ADAPTER
ADAPTER CONVERTS THE PRF-912B, OR PRF-914B MICRO PROBES TO A PRECISION TWO POINT PROBE

. Includes one (1) each Spare Contact Pins and rubber boots for measuring in accordance with ANSI/ESD STM11.13.
The PRF-922A-B Miniature Probe Two Point Adapter, allows Prostat customers to convert their PRF-912B, or PRF-914B Miniature Concentric Ring "Micro Probes" to a precision "two point probe".
The PRF-922A-B Adapter is configured to simply slide onto the PRF-912B & PRF-914B fixtures and use their gold plated concentric ring pins for direct contact with the Adapter's 2-point measurement assembly. Having both Concentric and 2-point fixtures provides maximum flexibility for measuring small areas and parts. Includes built-in stops and conductive electrodes covers.
