FLUKE 700HPPK-NPT CALIBRATION PNEUMATIC TEST PUMP KIT
Fluke announces the new Fluke 700HPPK Pneumatic Test Pump Kit. The 700HPPK generates and adjusts pneumatic pressures up to 21 MPa (3000 psi) without requiring a nitrogen bottle or other external pressure supply. The kit consists of a high pressure pump to generate pressures up to 3000 psi and a calibration manifold to finely adjust and compare pressure indications between a device under test and a reference gauge. It also comes with a rugged carrying case, high pressure tubing and NPT fittings. The high pressure pump is also available without the manifold (700HPP) for those who will use their own manifold.
The manifold can also be purchased separately.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
The Fluke 700HPPK is used by instrument and maintenance technicians in the field and in situ in process facilities. It is also used by calibration technicians in the shop or onsite. The instrument is used to calibrate pressure transmitters, controllers, pilots, digital gauges, and analog gauges. Complimentary Fluke products include the Fluke 700G Digital Test Gauge and Fluke 721 Precision Pressure Calibrator.
The 700HPPK is used to supply pneumatic pressure up to 3000 psi and precisely adjust the pressure for calibration applications without the hassle of a heavy/dangerous nitrogen bottle. One reason gas (pneumatic) pressure is preferred over fluids (hydraulic) at these pressures is cleanliness. The fluids from a hydraulic supply can contaminate instruments and cause rework and downtime. There are few options besides the HPPK or a nitrogen bottle if you want to achieve those very high pressures with gas.
